Schmetz Stretch 90 sewing machine needles

The SCHMETZ Stretch needles with size 90 are specially designed for sewing thicker, elastic fabrics such as stretch jeans and denim. Thanks to its unique design, this needle helps to prevent skips. The shaft is flatter than other needles of the same diameter, which keeps the needle closer to the hook and further reduces skips.

This needle is ideal for working with stretchy or highly stretchy knitwear fabrics, including swimwear fabrics, fine jersey, silk jersey, single jersey, velour and cotton knits. The medium domed point ensures that the loops are displaced, which prevents damage to the material. The Schmetz Stretch Needle is available in sizes NM 75 and NM 90, and is provided with a yellow colour marking for easy identification.
