Delivery
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 6:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The shipping costs are €4.25 per (letterbox) parcel.
If the product is immediately available, the following delivery times apply:

Our packages are sent via PostNL, both standard packages and letterbox packages. We also send packages that do not fit through the letterbox with PostNL . Once we receive your order, we aim to ship it the same day. In most cases you can expect your package at your home the next day. Our delivery time is usually 1-2 days, so you can quickly enjoy your order.
We understand that it is important for you to stay informed about the shipping status of your order. When we send your order as a letterbox parcel, you will receive a track and trace code. However, we would like to point out that the information provided by this track and trace may be limited. This is because letterbox packages often do not offer extensive tracking options. If the product does not fit in a letterbox package or if the value is too high, we will send it as a standard package with a full track and trace code.
In addition, we offer free shipping for orders over €50. We want to make it easy for you to take advantage of our products and service.
