Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 18:00, we strive to ship the same day. The delivery time is usually 1-2 days. However, we are not always able to meet this; sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

For orders under €5, a flat rate of €5.95 applies for shipping and handling . This option is intended to cover costs and is less profitable, but gives you the opportunity to order smaller items at a discount.

When we send your order as a letterbox package , the shipping status is limited. However, when we send your order as a small package , you will receive a full track and trace code so that you can follow your package.

Please note that letterbox packages are sometimes delivered a day later if the postman is unable to deliver on the scheduled day. This may differ from the delivery notification and the limited information you receive via track and trace. We advise you to take this into account when placing your order.

Important: The availability of a letterbox package or small package depends on the size, weight and order amount. Products that do not fit through a standard letterbox, are too heavy or have a higher order amount, are automatically sent as a standard package with associated shipping costs.

For orders over €50 you can enjoy free shipping, with full tracking of your package from dispatch to delivery.
