Returns

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
• After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
• You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €4.25 per letterbox package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. .
• After receiving the returned product, we will refund the amount to you within 14 days.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Products such as ribbon, tape and cord that you purchase in this online store are cut to size according to the specifications you provide. Because these products are made specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Exchange

• If you wish to exchange a product, you must inform us. You can do this by contacting our customer service .
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless it concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
• After receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product to you within 14 days.

Please note: Exceptions to the right of return are for products that have been custom-made or cut off.
