Return

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
• After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
• You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. .
• After receiving the returned product, we will refund the amount to you within 14 days.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

• If you want to exchange a product, you must inform us. You can do this by contacting our customer service .
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The costs for returning the product are for your own account, unless it concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
• After receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product to you within 14 days.

Note: Exceptions to the right of return are for products that have been cut or cut to size.
